From Saturday 9th March 2024, after the event held at The New Foresters, East Midlands Pups will cease to exist. This event and any chat rooms will be transferred to the PUP.LGBT committee and the event name changed from East Midlands Pups to Klub K9. The PUP.LGBT committee would like to wish the previous leadership of EMP all the best in their future endeavors.
PUP.LGBT is a new project that is entirely separate from EMP, ran by a new team (with familiar faces) and mission statement.
We want to foster a safe space for pups, to be their authentic selves without fear of judgement, whatever you’re (legally and enthusiastically consenting) into. We stand for openness, honesty, transparency and fairness and over the coming weeks, we will be putting a code of conduct and mission statement in place.
PUP.LGBT is a community project and as such, all proceeds will be funneled back into the project to improve the main event Klub K9, and help start up other events in the future.
There is more that we would like to say, but for the moment, we need you to know one very important thing.
The Pup and Pet play event will continue to exist, and continue to be held at the New Foresters.
